Question: Tutorial not working on app. Anyone have a solution? It wants to load then it switches back. Scooter can only go 9mph, it’s annoying. Help!?
Answer:Hello,there is something wrong with our APP before.It is now solved,you can re-enter the APP and you can finish the tutorial and unlock speed limit.
Question:I really liked it at first but could only go 15 mph. after downloading the app, now i can only go 9mph. how do i get it to go 20mph?
Answer:Consider the safety of the first ride, please bind the NIU e-scooter to the app and finish the tutorial video firstly, and you need to ride it for a while (about 500 meters or 0.4 miles) to unlock the max speed, or it will stay at a top 15mph limited speed
